Tuna fish cutlet

Ingredients
Tinned tuna - 2
Onion - 2
Potato - 3 (small)
Ginger - small piece
Green chillies - 5 nos
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon
Powdered pepper - 1tea spoon or as required
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Eggs - 2
Bread crumbs
Curry leaves
Cooking oil
Salt as per taste
Preparation
Boil and mash the potatoes into a smooth paste.
Saute onions , curry leaves, ginger , salt and green chillies in oil till it becomes golden brown.
Add garam masala , turmeric and pepper powder to it.
To this add tuna fish and mashed potatoes. Mix everthing together while keeping this on flame.
After mixing turn off the flame and mix properly using hand.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and keep the bread crumbs in a plate.
Mould the cutlet mixture into oval shape and dip in beated eggs and cover with bread crumbs.
Then deep fry till it becomes brown.
Serve hot with onion and tomato ketchup.
Easy and tasty recipe as evening snack. The kids would love it....
