Egg Bajji

Boiled Egg – 4 nos
Ingredients for batter:
Gram flour (besan) – ¾ cup
Chilli powder – 1 ½ teaspoon
Crushed ginger garlic and green chilli paste – 1 ½ tsp
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Corn flour – 1 tsp
Fresh whole coriander and fennel seeds roasted and grinded – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – ¼ tsp
Garam masala powder – ¼ tsp
Asafoetida powder-1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
water – as req.
Oil - to fry
Preparation
Boil the eggs and keep aside.
Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients (mentioned above) in to a thick batter using adequate amount of water.
When the oil is hot, dip the eggs one by one into the batter and deep fry in medium flame.
Serve it hot .
Note: -
Do not add more water, the batter should be thick.
