Ingredients:-
Fish (Sardine/ Mathi) - 1/2 Kg
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon or as required
Cooking Oil - 4 tablespoon
Preparation Method:-
1) Clean and wash the fish well.
2) Make slits over the fish, wash again and drain it.
3) Take the masalas together in a bowl.
4) Make a fine mix by adding little water.
5) Take fish one by one and cover it with prepared masala completely and inside the slits too.
6) Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
7) Heat a pan, add oil and make it become hot.
8) Slowly put the prepared fish one by one and allow it to fry in a low flame. Do not cover the pan.
9) If one side done, turn the fishes to fry the other side.
10) Off the fire and allow to drain extra oil.
