A fantastic vegetarian dish so easy to prepare and yet taster with chappthi or pathiris .
1) potato peeled and cut in to pieces _ 250 gms
2) tomato chopped _ 1 no
3) Onion chopped _ 1 no
4) Red chilli powder _ 2 tsp
5) Fennel powder _ 1 /2 tsp
6) Turmaric powder _ 1 /2 tsp
7) Salt to taste
8) Coconut oil _ 2 tsp
9) Garlic crushed _ 1 /2 tbsp
11) Coriander leaves _ 2 tbsp
Pressure cook the potato ,tomato,onion,red chilli powder , turmaric powder,fennel powder and salt together for 2 whistle and keep aside .
Heat oil in a pan and saute the garlic and curry leaves . add the pressure cooked potato and stir well. serve hot with chappatis ,porottas and rice . .
