
Ingredients
Koorka(Chinese potato) – ½ Kg
Red chilli powder-approx 2tsp(adjust as per your taste)
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Oil-2tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Wash and pressure cook the Chinese potatoes with a little salt ,peel and cut into thick slices
In a dry vessel ,make a dry mixture of the chilli powder, turmeric and required salt(judge after checking the saltiness of the boiled koorkas).
Toss the moist koorka chunks in the masala and keep aside.
Heat oil in a kadai and add the marinated koorka and fry in a medium flame till golden and crispy on the surface.
Now add a few curry leaves and fry for another 5 mins and now its ready.
